The Xcution Equation
The Xcution Equation is a training program that provides foundational
relationship building skills in the everday execution of corporate initiatives, projects and opertions. The
foundations class will increase the participants understanding of managing the
people side of execution. The remaining tracks will educate the participants on
how to take the learnings from the foundations class and apply them to their specific roles.
