Leadership Development

Many leadership development programs focus on developing an individual leader’s attributes. These programs do a good job outlining the characteristics of a great leader, but they do little to support the implementation of these learnings in the work environment.

Leader Development can sometimes lack Leadership Development.

Leadership Development provides practical application of leadership skills in our everyday working lives. It is one thing to be a great communicator, listener and motivator. It is another to be able to execute a multimillion dollar strategic implementation, a change management initiative, or an organizational redesign.
