action log management and post meeting follow ups.
• Workflow Integration: Workflow integration starts with the leader and their team.
The focus is to drive the decision quality and commitment. This is where most of the actions are taken
to complete the initiative.
• Leadership Development: This is the on-the-job implementation of the success factors
from our Leadership Development methodology. These factors are critical to not only the success of the
initiative but also to the continued growth and success of the leader.
